What activities would you do for a birthday party for Jesus?

To begin I know that Jesus was not born on Dec. 25th, but that is when we celebrate it. I teach youth church and we throw a party every year the Sun. before Christmas. We usually have a cake and I wanted to play a game or do an activity with the kids. Please keep in mind that we have a small church and the kids range from 1 - 13 years of age. any help would be great!

"Birthday presents."

I've seen this work well in two different ways.

The first is that each child brings an unwrapped gift (toy, etc.) and afterwards, the church would donate them to Toys for Tots. Or you could set up beforehand to have each child do a name off an Angel Tree.

Same concept, but the activity is some kind of arts and craft thing that would be taken by the children as a group to a nursing home for the residents there.
