Kathleen and Laura make a trip to meet the Discalced Nuns in Valparaiso, NE in May 2010. On the way home we wound up with visits to friends and family. (This convent was recommended to us by a priest from the Fraternity of St. Peter - they're very traditional with the Latin Mass said every day and the Divine Office chanted in Latin as well.)

Lady Mary Becomes Pregnant with a Blessed, Father-less Child Mary said, "How would I bear a child? I have not been touched by a man, and I have never been a prostitute." Gabriel said, "This was ordained by God and it is an easy matter to God. This child will be a sign to the people and a mercy from God to them. This is a matter that has been preordained." I don't celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ just one day out of the year, I celebrate His birth every day in the way I treat my fellow man and in the way I conduct myself around those I come in contact with in my daily comings and goings.
