This statue became known as the Infant Jesus of Prague. The Royal Infant of Prague made so many miracles that his devotion spread like fire to the whole world. Shortly after 1628, the Saxons and the Swedes took turns to invade Prague and the Carmelites had to flee and the veneration of the Holy Infant ceased. It was not until 1638 that a young priest named Fr. P. Cyril, a Matre Dei, returned to Prague and found the Holy Infant statue buried in the ruins of the Lady of Victory church. Fr. Cyril cleaned the statue and placed it in the oratory for worship. (...) Very powerful novena, I received a job in this hard times..it might not come right away but takes time because we really need to build a relationship with our christ, and make sure you post it somewhere (newspaper) or anywhere because our christ does do miracles…

I am a christian from India, I am devoted to Infant Jesus for the past 6 years,… I first implored his help for my examination , I had failed in one subject,.. it was the first time I had failed in my academic career, I was deeply anguished and sad. Then a priest gave me a picture of infant Jesus and a prayer printed behind it. I started praying to him and I passed in that subject in the next exam,…. ever since He has been helping me in my exams.. I havnt failed in any exam ever since.
