Did Jesus exist before being born on earth?

I know that Jesus was born by the virgin Mary but was he elsewhere before being born on earth? please explain!

Listen to me , Jehovah God made Jesus way back before the earth was made.
Tell me , can you see how Jesus know so much? Because he was with God all the time before the earth was made.
